脉冲式滤袋除尘器

  该脉冲式袋滤除尘机组采用旋风除尘器作为预处理装置，先将含尘气体中5微米以上的大颗粒粉尘从气流中分离出来，以防止大颗粒粉尘对二级除尘设备中布袋的冲刷，从而延长布袋使用寿命。经初级净化的气体进入袋除尘器主体，含尘气体经布袋过滤，过滤后的洁净气体经净气室排出。该除尘机组采用微电脑自动控制脉冲定时喷吹清灰方式清灰，清灰效果好，不产生二次扬尘，不损坏滤袋。
